1. Tyres & Wheels

Original Himalayan:

  • Front: 21-inch alloy/spoke wheel
  • Rear: 18-inch wheel
  • Tyres: Standard dual-purpose tyres (90/90-21 front, 120/90-18 rear)

Modified Version:

  • Same wheel size retained (21” front / 18” rear)
  • Upgraded to wider, aggressive off-road / all-terrain tyres
  • Chunky tread pattern increases visual width by approx. 15–20%
  • Better grip, tougher adventure look


2. Front Suspension (Forks)

Original Himalayan:

  • Conventional telescopic forks
  • Diameter approx. 41 mm
  • Standard travel

Modified Version:

  • Gold-finished USD (Upside Down) front forks
  • Visually thicker and stronger appearance
  • Improved stiffness and premium look
  • Front stance looks taller and wider


3. Rear Suspension

Original Himalayan:

  • Single mono-shock
  • Basic preload adjustment
  • Standard ride height

Modified Version:

  • Upgraded rear mono-shock
  • Better damping and load handling
  • Slight ride height increase (~10–20 mm)
  • Supports heavy luggage and touring gear

6. Lighting Setup
